Introduction
Hi, there! I am the Co-Owner and Clinical Supervisor at Mindset First. I am also a Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Social Worker. I have worked in the field of mental health since 2015, and partnered to open Mindset First as a therapy practice in 2019. I work with pre-teens, teens, and adults. With over 10 years of experience, I have been successful in helping individuals connect with their own strengths and capabilities, work through and process difficult experiences, cope with overwhelming emotions, and more. I feel so fortunate to bring my ever-evolving experience to clients whom I have the opportunity to work with.
