Client Focus
Robert’s philosophy centers on prioritizing the well-being of the athlete. He believes that genuine happiness and satisfaction are essential for optimal performance. Viewing each client as unique, Robert tailors each plan to meet their specific needs. His approach provides individuals with tangible tools that benefit not only their sport but also their everyday life.
Experience
Robert entered the field of mental performance consulting driven by his personal experiences as an elite tennis player. A former successful D2 athlete, Robert held the second-highest winning record in his university’s history. Despite this success, he faced significant mental challenges, including performance anxiety, low self-confidence, low self-esteem, poor self-talk, and emotional regulation issues.
