Break The Worry Trance
Break The Worry Trance™ is a 12 session coaching program based on best practices and research regarding what works in anxiety treatment and recovery. The Program is designed for individuals living with any of the following issues:
- Excessive life worry
- General and persistent anxiety
- Panic
- Obsessive and Compulsive behaviours
- Phobias; and/or
- Social Anxiety
Our Goal
Victoria Pacitti is a Registered Social Worker who is also trained as a coaching facilitator of Break The Worry Trance™ program. As a mental health professional specializing in anxiety treatment, Victoria will be using an integrative framework that is primarily informed by the following therapeutic approaches:
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
- Behavioural Activation
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Exposure and Response Prevention/exposure-based coaching
- Mindfulness interventions
- Clinical Counselling
