Break The Worry Trance™ is a 12 session coaching program based on best practices and research regarding what works in anxiety treatment and recovery. The Program is designed for individuals living with any of the following issues:

  • Excessive life worry
  • General and persistent anxiety
  • Panic
  • Obsessive and Compulsive behaviours
  • Phobias; and/or
  • Social Anxiety

Our Goal

Victoria Pacitti is a Registered Social Worker who is also trained as a coaching facilitator of Break The Worry Trance™ program. As a mental health professional specializing in anxiety treatment, Victoria will be using an integrative framework that is primarily informed by the following therapeutic approaches:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • Behavioural Activation
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Exposure and Response Prevention/exposure-based coaching
  • Mindfulness interventions
  • Clinical Counselling
