There are moments in early adulthood when life feels unsettled – school ends, structure fades, and you’re suddenly stepping into work, uncertainty, and a life that may not be fully defined yet. Get to know Alexandra Unitas
Alexandra is a therapist who offers a calm, grounded, and collaborative space for people navigating change and uncertainty. Her approach is relational, with a focus on making sense of experiences together within the therapeutic relationship. She supports clients in developing insight into what feels overwhelming or stuck, whilst exploring practical ways to move forward. Her approach balances reflection with the goal of creating change outside of the therapy room.
Client Focus
Alexandra works with young adults (17+) navigating the shift from school into work, career uncertainty, and evolving life direction. Many clients come in experiencing anxiety, stress, self-doubt, and pressure to feel “established” while still figuring things out. In therapy, clients often move toward greater clarity, emotional steadiness, and self-trust as they build confidence in their adult lives and next steps.
