Get to know Yechezkel Magid
Yechezkel Magid is a compassionate and depth-oriented psychotherapist who brings warmth, insight, and curiosity to his work with individuals and couples. Rooted in a person-centered approach, Yechezkel blends therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic thought to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Driving Yechezkel’s work is a deep belief in the healing power of relationships—both the ones we hold with others and especially the ones we cultivate within ourselves. He sees therapy as a journey of integration: navigating and making sense of the fragmented and layered parts of our emotional world to create a more grounded, authentic, and wholesome self. Clients can expect a calm, non-judgmental presence, a collaborative process, and gentle guidance as they explore their struggles, strengths, and sense of meaning.
For Yechezkel, the work is profoundly meaningful because it’s not just about change—it’s about coming home to be at peace within oneself.
Client Focus
Yechezkel works with adults and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, and the lasting effects of childhood or developmental trauma. He also supports those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their sense of purpose and inner clarity.
His philosophy centers on the belief that every person holds the potential for growth, healing, and self-understanding. Rather than trying to “fix” what’s broken, Yechezkel helps clients gently uncover what’s been buried, unacknowledged, or unheard within. He sees mental health as an ongoing process of integration—of making space for all parts of ourselves—and believes that with the right support, clients can develop the insight, resilience, and emotional strength to move through life with greater freedom and authenticity.
Through a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship, Yechezkel invites clients to reconnect with their inner wisdom and create meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.
