Introduction
Hi, I’m Millie, a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a BA in Sociology. With over six years of mental health experience, I focus on providing support to clients between the ages of 10-25 years facing a range of concerns—from anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation to trauma and relationship issues, OCD, ADHD, motivation etc. My approach is holistic and tailored to the unique needs of each person. I believe that therapy should not be one-size-fits-all, and I’m dedicated to creating an inclusive, compassionate space for you to feel safe, seen, and supported.
