Hi, I’m Gabrielle Marozzo, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and have one year of experience working in private practice, supporting clients through life’s challenges. I am passionate about helping people grow in self-understanding and emotional well-being. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change comes from kindness toward yourself.

Gabrielle’s approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and connection. She believes that meaningful change begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. In her work, Gabrielle strives to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their inner world, uncover patterns that may be holding them back, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. She views therapy as a collaborative journey that invites both reflection and growth.

Drawing from psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness, Gabrielle helps clients strengthen self-awareness, practice self-compassion, and build tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease. What makes her work most meaningful is witnessing clients reconnect with their strengths, find clarity in uncertainty, and move toward a life aligned with their values and authentic selves.
