Types of Clinical Supervision

We offer both individual supervision and group supervision, led by Victoria Pacitti, a Registered Psychotherapist with over eight years of experience. Whether you’re a new psychotherapist or a seasoned professional, Victoria provides compassionate and constructive guidance tailored to your professional growth.

Individual Supervision

One-on-one sessions to discuss client cases, administrative best practices, and professional goals. Gain personalized support to refine your skills and grow into the psychotherapist you aspire to be.

Group Supervision

Collaborate with peers in small groups of up to 8, meeting monthly to discuss cases and field-related topics. Group supervision is cost-effective and enhances learning through shared insights and experiences.

About Your Supervisor: Victoria Pacitti, RP

Victoria Pacitti is a Registered Psychotherapist in Independent Practice (#10426) with over eight years of experience in the field of counselling and psychotherapy. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology and has completed 30+ hours of clinical supervision training, meeting all CRPO Clinical Supervisor Requirements.

Victoria is committed to fostering a space built on compassion, safety, and collaboration, where therapists can nurture their professional growth. With specialized training in trauma therapy, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her work as a supervisor.

As a mentor, Victoria works alongside psychotherapists to help them become the professionals they aspire to be. Her affirmative and warm constructive style helps supervisees build confidence, combat imposter syndrome, and embrace their unique skills while continually growing in their craft.

Questions About Clinical Supervision For Therapists

The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) recommends that Qualifying Psychotherapists receive approximately one hour of clinical supervision per week. Registered Psychotherapists working toward independent practice are encouraged to receive at least one hour of supervision every two weeks. At least 50% of supervision hours must be in an individual format, while the other 50% can include group supervision.

This group is open to mental health professionals in Ontario, including practicum students, RP (Qualifying), and Registered Psychotherapists.
