Millicent Owusu
Millicent Owusu is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Millicent is certified in ASIST suicide prevention and provides support to a diverse clientele of various ages and with a wide range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, suicidal ideation, trauma, relationship issues, and more.

Millicent believes that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor. She works from a holistic and integrated approach, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique situation, strengths, personality, and goals. With an emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and inclusivity, Millicent supports clients in developing goals and strategies to improve their quality of life.
